Description

Weaver Fundraising is the industry leader providing superior technology and service in product fundraising for over 44 years. As a Product Manager on our “Voyager” team, you will play a key role in bringing a brand-new mobile fundraising product to market. Your primary responsibility will be to help create an exceptional fundraising experience that enables users and groups to quickly and easily raise the money they need. This role offers a chance to shape a product from its infancy, growing and learning alongside it. For this role will, the best candidates will demonstrate a combination of product knowledge, user empathy and program management skills. 

Location: Indianapolis, IN (hybrid) 

Requirements

HOW WILL YOU HELP US GROW? 

  • Work with engineering and design to create a useful, delightful product experience 
  • Become an expert in the youth fundraising market, developing deep user empathy and translating that empathy into product plans 
  • Prioritize essential features that will help our users reach their goals 
  • Identify key product behaviors and metrics to measure to define success as we scale 
  • Host kickoffs, trainings and feedback sessions with pilot program participants, taking the opportunity to simultaneously teach and learn 
  • Help identify ideal customers and key personas 
  • Collaborate on a long-term product roadmap and facilitate timely delivery of features and improvements in accordance with the plan 
  • Effectively communicate with users, team members and company leadership, ensuring all parties are clear on product direction and priorities 
  • Undertake other tasks, projects, and initiatives as needed. 

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO HAVE? 

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a Product Management or equivalent role 
  • Demonstrate strong user empathy and advocacy 
  • Previous B2C or PLG experience is preferred 
  • Previous experience defining and measuring product metrics 
  • A demonstrable history of creative problem solving 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication 
  • Proven track record of delivering products on time and meeting business objectives 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment 
  • Previous work on a new product is a big plus!
